With the aeration through the elevated cover, and the rain falling onto the sand based outfield, again, the delays in the match are greatly reduced.
Easy deployment from the sideline (less than a min), and 30 second across the cricket block or baseball diamond. Meaning a lot less staff are required.

The turf features of the AWS RAPID is the heat from our Aggreko fans (which are set to a timer) will be enough to stop a frost. Even on a clear night.
The heat from our Aggreko fans will also warm the soil, which is vital for growth. We, therefore, have the Aggreko set timer at a minimum of 8-12 degrees, as anything lower cannot aid good grass growth.
Once morning dawns and the elevated covers are on, the grass can still grow with heat from the fans (on a timer) throughout the morning.
Regardless of heated fans, the grass can still grow with the elevated covers on during the day as the daylight (not just by being sunny) can also grow the grass through the covers.

The AWS RAPID is not restrictive in its daily duties, that's because:

Other products like grow lamps need 10-13 degrees celsius to grow wet uncovered grass, so this will mean a lot of costly extra power and fans are required.
When its constantly wet, a wet field and the grow lamps would not only need at least 24 hours, but it can also ruin the grass.
In heavy rain the grow lamps will not be able to raise the grass temperature if the rain continues to fall.
Grow lamps also have high fan and power costs
As for other elevated structures, they require a lot of deployment time and staff, thus, making the system very inflexible. Plus the use of fans and power is expensive and ongoing.
And for large scale flatsheets, taking over 7,000 sqm of a football field is clearly very time consuming as well.
